We are looking for a Sales Representative with Third Party Administration (TPA) service experience.


 


Work for a $117 Million, 25-year-old company that is expanding its sales force.


 


This company is providing the opportunity for someone to become a part of the branding and expansion of this young company. You will be very visible in the organization and play a vital role in its growth.


 



  • Company is debt free and profitable!

  • Averaged 10-15% revenue growth year over year consistently the past few years.

  • Company invests heavily in technology

  • Report directly to the President and work from a home office


 


Base salary plus commission to make $100K+ first year. 1st year guarantee possible as well as profit sharing or equity stake for the right individual.


 


Requirements


 



  • 4-year college degree preferred

  • 2+ years experience in managed care (PPO/HMO) environment

  • TPA service experience required

  • Experience with self-insured large group plans a plus

  • Must be willing to travel overnight occasionally

  • Must be willing to conduct employee meetings, present renewals as well as work with finance and HR contacts on a daily basis
