Description

Client is looking for a Sr. J2EE / Team Lead / Customer-Interfacing Developer to work in the Enterprise application group.  This person should have at least 5 solid years of J2EE development.  This resource should be very technical and must be good working in a team environment.   This person should understand Agile XP environments and think that they would be very productive in such an environment .  They have 16 developers in the group that are broken down into smaller teams of which, this person will probably eventually be leading one of them.   They have 4 QA Analysts in this group as well.

The successful candidate will be running with one major application with one other developer in a Healthcare environment.  This person must be able to run with development independently as part of large Software Engineering group.  This person must be able to interface with 4 different groups in a healthcare environment and be able to work with very high level clinicians to accomplish goals.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
 
Minimum of 5 years of Java experience
3 years of Java EE experience
Experience with a framework such as Struts, Spring, Tapestry, WebWorks, etc.
Relational Database experience (SQL)
Iterative development methodologies, such as Agile XP
 
Desired Experience:
 
Business rule development (e.g. ILOG, Drools, etc.)
Web services
Scripting Languages such as Python, Ruby, GWT
Experience with Eclipse, Maven, CVS/Subversion
Experience with XPlanner/Mingle, Bamboo or other Agile development tools
