Description
Summary: Supervises and coordinates activities of Customer Service Representatives engaged in handling product orders and telephone inquiries/question of customers and acts as direct liaison with outside sales force by performing the following duties.
Coordinates marketing activities for corporate products in addition to working with product development, training & manufacturing processes.
Duties: Train, manage and coordinate Customer Service Representatives who: Solicit new clients to offer our product, provide general information about our products to prospective customers over the telephone, conduct effective outbound and inbound sales presentations and contact inactive accounts to learn the reason the practice is not placing orders. Monitors service calls to observe employee’s demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies. Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints. Answers questions about products. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow. Issues written and oral instructions. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates. Adjusts errors and complaints. Developing, coordinating and implementing marketing strategies. Identify significant industry/market trends or opportunities, assess potential impact on products, and make recommendations to management. Requires expert knowledge of primary and secondary research design and methodologies, industry audits, questionnaire design and data analysis including technical approaches such as conjoint, perception mapping and factor analysis. Strong writing and presentation skills in addition to expert computer skills (spreadsheet, forecasting, and graphics packages) a must.
Must have strong Sales & Marketing background and experience in product development, training, regulatory and manufacturing in the pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic industry.
